Snowfall Forecast for Wed/Thu

Here is a snowfall forecast map for the region. While many areas from the mid-Atlantic into New England can expect 4 to 8 inches, a narrow band of 8″+ is anticipated. This type of storm does not favor widespread amounts much higher than 10″, but the area that could very well see that will be central Massachusetts.

The snow may mix with sleet as far northwest as Hartford to Worcester and a change to rain is possible up to about I-95 from New York City to Providence and Boston.
